DPB-LS Overview

The external conveyor provides for both an increase in productivity whilst allowing the operator to have complete control of the book delivery for both the DuBinder DPB-500 and DPB-500PUR models. 

Books when released from the clamp are controlled by an adjustable spring mechanism before being gently delivered onto the internal motorized delivery belt. A smooth delivery of each book guides it through the left hand side panel of the machine, and on to the external long conveyor.

Books are then gently transported along the external fixed speed conveyor before being delivered into a 30cm deep catch tray. Adjustable tension springs within the catch tray section provide control for each book thickness and weight.

The DPB-LS allows the operator to control any slight movement of the covers when producing PUR publications, or for increasing the productivity from the DuBinder DPB-500.

The DPB-LS is ergonomically designed to allow for easy and simple loading and off loading of the books, whilst  allowing the operator complete control over the binding process.
